Sheep Protein Concentrates
High-quality protein balancers, fully mineralised to drive frame growth and rumen development
Ewe Boost 4x4
Four Proteins. Four Technologies. Formulated for Ewe Requirements.
Ewe Boost 4X4 is a highly concentrated protein and mineral supplement formulated specifically to support ewes before and after lambing.
Combining four complementary protein sources with four nutritional technologies, Ewe Boost 4X4 provides targeted nutritional support for ewe condition, rumen function, colostrum quality, udder and foot health, and the development of healthy lambs.
Four Technologies
The combination of targeted nutritional technologies provides support across four key areas:
Protein Technology
Soya, linseed, ES Protein and urea provide complementary protein sources for ewe nutrition.
Culbac
Fermentation metabolites designed to enhance rumen microbial activity.
Mineral Technology
A concentrated supply of minerals and trace elements to support ewe health and performance.
Vitamin & Trace Element Technology
Vitamins A, D3 and E, alongside key trace elements including zinc, selenium, cobalt, iodine and manganese.
Assurance Scheme Friendly
Ewe Boost 4X4 is normally declarable as a mineral in assurance schemes. Always check the requirements of the relevant assurance scheme.
Key Benefits:
Formulated for Ewes Around Lambing
Ewe Boost 4X4 is designed around the nutritional requirements of ewes pre- and post-lambing, providing concentrated protein, minerals, vitamins and trace elements to support ewe health and performance through this important period.
Supports Ewe Topline & Condition
Added minerals and high-quality protein sources help support ewe condition and topline, while providing nutritional support during the demands of late pregnancy and early lactation.
Four Protein Sources
Ewe Boost 4X4 combines soya, linseed, ES protein and urea to provide complementary sources of protein.
Soya, linseed and ES Protein provide high levels of DUP (digestible undegraded protein) to support ewe health and colostrum quality, while urea helps support digestion and fibre breakdown.
Supports Rumen Function
The formula includes sulphur to support microbial protein production and Culbac fermentation metabolites, which are designed to enhance rumen microbial activity.
This combination provides targeted nutritional support for efficient rumen function.
Supports Foot & General Health
Ewe Boost 4X4 contains 3,000mg/kg of zinc, including protected zinc, to support foot and general health.
Supports Udder Health
High levels of vitamin E and selenium provide nutritional support for udder health, while the wider vitamin and trace element package supports ewe health around lambing.
Supports Healthy Lambs
Ewe Boost 4X4 supplies key trace elements and vitamins to support the nutritional requirements of the ewe and the development of healthy lambs.
Directions for use:
Ewe Boost can be fed alongside silage, cereals or succulent feeds.
Individual feeding:
Feed at a minimum rate of 30–50 g per head per day, according to bodyweight and nutritional requirements, to provide an appropriate intake of yeast, protein, minerals and vitamins.
Tonne mix:
Typically mix at 1.5 bags per tonne, depending on bodyweight and concentrate intake.
For best results, adjust the feeding rate according to ewe condition, diet, forage quality and the overall feeding programme.
Lamb Boost 4×4
